Effect:
• Expectorant and stimulant of breathing,

Usage:
• INFUSION - The infusion can be used in the early stages of colds and flu, in cases of digestive problems and stomach pains caused by stress.
• The infusion is made by pouring 1 teaspoon of dry herb with a glass of boiling water, drinks after 15 minutes, after straining, 2-3 times a day for ½ cup,
• TINCTURE - hyssop is used for bronchitis or a tiring cough, it can be mixed with other expectorant herbs, e.g. coltsfoot leaves, thyme, plantain leaves, licorice root, primrose flower, fennel fruit or anise
• SYRUP - for cough use syrup made from the infusion of aerial parts or flowers. Can be combined with mullein or smooth licorice flowers.
• EXTERNAL - for gargling and as a healing agent for wounds and skin defects.
• Hyssop herb can also be used as a seasoning for sauces, soups (especially potato and bean soups), cheese, cottage cheese, pates. You can also season it with roast pork, potatoes and add to salads made of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
