Description:

• GSH - reduced L-Glutathione is a combination of two active compounds: reduced L-glutathione and vitamin E in one small capsule.
• GSH is a reserve of cysteine in the body, and thanks to its free thiol group it is used to reduce peroxides.
• It is especially recommended in combination with selenium, whose most important function is to create a strong antioxidant, an enzyme called glutathione peroxidase.

Effect:

• Reduced L-Glutathione (GSH) is a small molecule tripeptide made of three amino acids: glycine, cysteine and glutamic acid, which are linked together by a peptide bond. The thiol group (-SH) is responsible for its biological functions in our body. Reduced glutathione is a ubiquitous antioxidant involved in many cellular functions such as detoxification, amino acid transport, coenzyme production and recycling of vitamins E and C.
• Glutathione acts as a detoxifying substance and participates in the conversion of hydrogen peroxide into water in a reaction catalyzed by the enzyme glutathione peroxidase (containing selenium as a cofactor), which increases the viability of erythrocytes. It also participates in the penetration of amino acids into cell membranes.
• Glutathione is found in every cell of the body, especially the kidneys, liver and eye lens are rich in its resources.
• Vitamin E helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Usage:

• 1 capsule once a day with plenty of water
