Effect:
- Angelica is a very valuable Polish medicinal herb. It has long been called the angel's herb, or the English herb, was considered a panacea for most ailments.
- Angelica is used primarily in digestive problems, flatulence, as an appetite and gastric acid stimulant.

Usage:
- Pour 1 teaspoon of roots with 1 cup of boiling water and infuse covered for 20 minutes.
- Drink the strained infusion 2 to 3 times a day 30 min before a meal.
- It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
- Do not sunbathe intensively while using the angelica because it may cause skin irritation.
